Renters must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and provide proof of full coverage insurance. A credit or debit card is required for the security deposit at the time of pickup. All drivers must be listed on the reservation in advance — no additional drivers can be added at pickup without prior approval.

We're actively working on a local Huntsville location. In the meantime, we're serving Huntsville renters through the airport or delivery from our Franklin, TN base — reserve online or give us a call and we'll work out pickup or delivery details for your trip.

Pricing depends on the length of your rental, the van class, and whether you add optional insurance coverage. Yes — all of our vans are equipped with a lockbox so you can pick up and drop off at whatever time works best for you, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Your lockbox code and pickup instructions will be provided in your confirmation details ahead of your rental start date.

Yes — all of our vans are equipped with a 2" receiver hitch, so you're welcome to pull a trailer at no additional cost. You'll just need to provide your own ball mount. There is no weight restriction specified in your rental agreement, but we recommend using common sense for the size of trailer relative to the van. If you have questions about towing capacity for a specific van class, give us a call before your rental and we'll walk you through it.

You can cancel up to 14 days before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of your rental will receive either a 50% refund or a full credit applied to a future rental — your choice. We understand plans change, especially for group travel, so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you need to modify your dates rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

No special license is required. All of our vans — including the 12-passenger and 15-passenger Ford Transits and Mercedes Sprinters — can be driven with a standard driver's license. This applies in Alabama and across state lines. The only requirements are that you are 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and are listed on the reservation as an approved driver prior to pickup.

Yes — while we get our Huntsville location established, delivery is how we're serving the area. Give us a call and we'll work through the details, including your delivery location, timing, and any associated costs. We're planning to cover downtown Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Decatur, Meridianville, and Owens Cross Roads.

Absolutely — group rentals are one of our specialties. We regularly serve church retreats and mission trips, school field trips and athletic events, wedding guest transportation, corporate events, family reunions, and more. All of our 12 and 15-passenger vans offer generous cargo space for luggage, equipment, and gear.
