Our Atlanta location is at 1080 Holcomb Bridge Road Ste 120, Roswell, GA 30076. We're conveniently located in the north Atlanta metro area, approximately 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 30 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Free onsite parking is available when you drop off your personal vehicle during your rental.

Yes, there is a $500 refundable deposit that is applied to all rentals and held for incidentals (smoking, cleaning, tolls, refueling, etc). In most cases, deposits are returned within 7 days of the return date.

Yes! All of our vans are equipped with a lockbox so you can pick up and drop off at whatever time works best for you, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. There's no need to coordinate around office hours. Your lockbox code and pickup instructions will be provided in your confirmation details ahead of your rental start date.

Yes, all of our vans are equipped with a 2" receiver hitch, so you're welcome to pull a trailer at no additional cost. You'll just need to provide your own ball mount. There is no weight restriction specified in your rental agreement, but we recommend using common sense for the size of trailer relative to the van. If you have questions about towing capacity for a specific van class, give us a call before your rental and we'll walk you through it.

You can cancel up to 14 days before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of your rental will receive either a 50% refund or a full credit applied to a future rental - your choice. We understand plans change, especially for group travel, so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you need to modify your dates rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

No special license is required. All of our vans — including the 12-passenger and 15-passenger Ford Transits and Mercedes Sprinters — can be driven with a standard driver's license. This applies in both Georgia and Tennessee. The only requirements are that you are 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and are listed on the reservation as an approved driver prior to pickup.

Yes - we offer van delivery for an additional fee. Give us a call and we'll work through the details including your delivery location, timing, and any associated costs. Delivery is a great option for corporate clients, large group events, and situations where picking up from our Roswell location isn't convenient. We serve the greater Atlanta metro area for delivery requests.

Absolutely - group rentals are one of our specialties. We regularly serve church retreats and mission trips, school field trips and athletic events, wedding guest transportation, corporate events, family reunions, music tours, and film production crews. All of our 12 and 15-passenger vans offer generous cargo space for luggage, equipment, and gear.
