Rental FAQ

  • We are in the Spaces Building in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, across the street from Walmart, and our address is 3401 Mallory Lane Suite 100 Franklin, TN 37067.

  • Renters must be 21 and older, have a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

  • All of our vans come with unlimited miles!

  • Once we have your driver’s license and insurance, we will send a contract outlining the details for everything and an invoice to lock it in. Please note, we will only hold a rental for 7 days without a paid invoice.

  • Absolutely! Call or email to schedule an appointment to make sure the van is on-site.

  • Yes! Let us know if you need extra space and we’ll be happy to take the seats out. Please note, the back row can be removed at no cost but depending on the length of the rental and how many seats you would like removed, there may be an additional charge associated with seat removal.

  • Yes and you can pick up after hours too! Call or email us to talk about after hours pick up and drop off.

  • You bet. We have parking on-site and you’re welcome to leave your car for the duration of the rental.

  • All of our vans are equipped with a hitch, so you’re welcome to pull a trailer at no additional cost. You’ll just need to provide your own ball mount.

  • No, we require the full amount upfront to secure the booking.

  • There is a 14 day cancellation policy. You can cancel 14 days out for a full refund and any time after that for a 50% refund.

  • Nope. All we need is a standard driver’s license.

  • The short answer is sometimes. We’ll need a little bit more info to confirm the delivery, but give us a call and we can talk through the details.

  • Yes. We have a pool of vetted drivers, with prices varying based on time and distance requirements.

  • No. We only rent standard passenger and sprinter vans.
